The villa is built on a hill in a beautiful, peaceful location in the southeastern side of the island of Mykonos, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and many other islands (Naxos, Paros, Ikaria, Donusa), as well as the unoccupied areas of the island of Mykonos. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa will give you am feeling of "floating" over the Aegean Sea, with the beach at your feet. Lia Beach and the secluded Tigani beach are within walking distance from your home.

All main rooms have access to a patio, balcony or terrace where you can dine, sunbathe or relax. All the living and sleeping areas have fireplaces and central heating, which make the house very comfortable even in the winter months. Stone whitewashed walls with rough surfaces, stone floors or colored cement, built-in furniture, corridors carved into the natural rock, and the use of old doors, create a very elegant and cozy atmosphere.

The main building has 3 bedrooms with double beds, private bathrooms and fireplaces, and each of them goes to a private terrace or balcony. The building also has a kitchen, dining room and large living room with fireplace. All common areas are very spacious and large. On the ground floor there is a large, luxurious master bedroom with a unique dome ceiling and a bathroom with colored glass that creates a dramatic effect. There is also a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Just above there is another bedroom with a large window and a panoramic view. Stairs connecting the two levels resemble a natural cave, with a small bathroom and shower area.

The guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace. The stairs, half-carved into the natural rock, lead to the guest bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and a terrace with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea.
