On the ground floor there is a relaxing living room with a 3- seat comfortable sofa that converts in a double bed if needed, a full HD Led TV, a Hi-Fi with various music CD collections, a fully equipped open plan kitchen (includes fridge, cooker & oven, dishwasher, microwave) with a dinning table for 6 people, a spacious bedroom with two single beds which can be joined, a luxurious bathroom and a separate storage room with a washing machine. There are big verandas around the whole house, a big part of which is shaded with a pergola. An outdoor dinning area for at least 6 people is also provided for enjoying your meals and house surroundings at any time. In addition, there is also a well – designed outside shower.
The master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom is on the first floor. On the outside there is a big veranda with magnificent panoramic sea view, where you can relax lying in the two comfortable sunbeds. The veranda also provides an ideal location for evening drinks under the moon, enjoying the breathtaking view of the lights of Naxos island flickering across the sea.
The area of Santa Maria is very popular and also very elegant, as you will find only beautiful villas here and there among the beautiful beaches. The “Megali Santa Maria” beach is amazing, with light blue waters, a beach bar and a surf and scuba diving center. The “Mikri Santa Maria” beach is a more remote / kid’s friendly beach with straw umbrellas and a small traditional bar. The area of Santa Maria is very close to the cosmopolitan port of Naoussa (6 km) and about 17 km far from the main port of Paroikia.
