This modern villa is perched on North Hill with a wonderful view of the Sandy Ground beach, the Caribbean Sea and when looking out the northern windows you see the Atlantic and sunsets. Upon entering the villa your eye goes to the wall of windows with that beautiful view of Sandy Ground village and beach. The floor you enter is the Master Suite with the huge bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower , outside patio, two large vanities with sinks, and sitting area. The bedroom has king size 2 poster bed and large windows with the gorgeous view and small balcony.
The next level down has 2 guest suites each with king beds, small balconies, ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. Each of these bedrooms also has a day bed for children.
The Bottom level has the living room, dining room, kitchen, a guest suite with balcony, bathroom with walk in shower. In addition there is a TV room with bar, games, sound system, sofa seating, The wall of windows open to go out to the pool. The pool deck has lounge chairs for total relaxation,.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry area, commercial style range, double size refrigerator/freezer, large counter space.
