There are AC units in both bedrooms and a spacious en-suite bath off of the master bedroom. There is also a spacious study off of the main living area, which features a pull-put couch. Mosquito nets have been installed on all windows and there is a shared laundry facility located on the western side of the building for the tenant's convenience. There is also the option to rent this unit with the use of a car, in which case the rental rate may vary.
