The Bahamian authenticity of Beacon Hill has been lovingly restored during a three-year renovation, blending modern luxury with traditional charm. Originally owned by Regine, the 'Queen of Nightclubs,' the estate now caters to the lifestyle requirements of the modern and discerning traveler.
The main house is a masterpiece of colonial-style design, with beautiful glass doors that open onto expansive verandas overlooking the turquoise waters of the Bahamas. Inside, the open-plan living area boasts luxurious hardwoods, marble, and coral stone, creating an elegant and inviting space.
The estate comprises five buildings, including a pool house, a pink gazebo, and a detached guest house. The pool house overlooks the large heated pool and offers full kitchen facilities, making it the perfect spot for poolside gatherings and evening entertainment.
The pink gazebo, perched atop a hill, offers breathtaking views of the shoreline and provides a serene setting for morning coffee or quiet contemplation. Steps lead down to the private dock, where guests can enjoy dining al fresco to the sound of the surf lapping beneath them.
