Perched 500 feet on a hillside in the gated enclave of Upper Peter bay is an elegant sanctuary in a mesmerizing setting. Villa Carlota was lovingly constructed by a family whose dream was to create a stylish residence adorned with art and antiques collected from their extensive world travels while preserving privacy as their family grew. Noted for our amazing views, luxuriously appointments and privacy Villa Carlota offers five large bedroom/bath suites, large main living room and dining room, gourmet kitchen as well as a cottage with a smaller living area with an adjustable sofa sleeper, kitchenette, bath suite all across three pavilions with central A/C, high-thread count linens, ironed for your pleasure, hand carved mahogany furniture, large private balconies, thick all cotton bath towels and L'Occitane products for our guests to try. Property is completely WIFI with smart TVs featuring Dish Network as well as streaming.
Through an electronic gate and from the driveway courtyard, a native stone entryway welcomes you; a graceful coral stone staircase curves down to the expansive terrace where an Italian baroque lion's head fountain spouts a bubbling welcome. A second Italian marble fountain gurgles at the pool's edge, a large infinity-edge pool which blends into the magnificent 180-degree view of Peter Bay below and the Caribbean Sea beyond, a vista dotted with the islets and cays of the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. All of the perfect National Park beaches, such as Trunk and Cinnamon Bays, are less than a 10-minute easy drive from Villa Carlota. Beach chairs, beach towels and cooler are provided for your trips to the beach, fill the cooler with ice from our extra large ice maker beneath the pool bar and enjoy! Rinse off in the outside stone shower on your return.
