As part of the Roc Flamands private estate, Villa Chouchou benefits from privacy and security, as well as easy access to Flamands Beach—only a five-minute walk away, and home to excellent spa and dining options at the Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France. The center of Gustavia is only a ten-minute drive, the airport is nearby, and restaurants and a grocery store are just three minutes away. Built on two levels, it is designed in such a way that most of the rooms are bathed in sunlight and have tremendous views over the Caribbean and Bonhomme Island. On the upper floor, the glassed-in, air-conditioned living room has broad, clear doors that may be opened to let in the sea breezes. It merges with and expansive, well-equipped kitchen, and both are wrapped by the wide terrace, which has covered outdoor living and dining areas, as well as a grill. The three bedrooms are situated downstairs. All three have European king-size beds and two of them can be separated into two twins. They all have en suite bathrooms. The lower level also has the swimming pool, spacious deck, and a Jacuzzi, all of which have partial views over Flamands Bay and Bonhomme Island. A fitness room occupies its own bungalow next to the main level at the rear of the property. The villa offers two parking spots. 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax added to the rates.
