This newly renovated beachfront 3-bedroom ensuite apartment is an end-unit, positioned in the northern section, on the second floor in the gated community of Coral Cove. Within steps of the beach, there are uninterrupted Caribbean Sea and beach views from the covered patio.
The design is open plan with plenty of windows allowing light and breeze throughout, flowing into all rooms and living areas. The modern kitchen inclusive of a breakfast bar, allows easy and seamless access through sliding doors to the spacious sea facing terrace. The terrace is ideal for social gathering, seated relaxation, sun loungers or outdoor dining. This entire terrace space can accommodate the most comfortable of living, just lounging or entertainment.
The luxury master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe enjoys magnificent sea views and opens onto the main terrace via sliding terrace doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have ensuite bathrooms and all bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned with ceiling fans.
Coral Cove 9 has never been rented; so, it has maintained its showroom appearance and comes turnkey ready with all modern appliances (except for a few personal items), and high-quality furnishings.
The Coral Cove Communal amenities include manned 24 security, electric gates, covered parking and direct and private access to one of the best beaches on the West Coast of Barbados where private sun loungers and umbrellas await – also enjoy safe swimming and long walks along Paynes Bay Beach.
Coral Cove is perfectly located within a few minutes’ drive of Holetown with all manner of attractions from fine dining, beach bars, duty free shopping, financial institutions, and supermarkets.
The famous Sandy Lane Hotel is located one bay to the north and by appointment, the world class 9- and 18-hole Golf Courses and 2 Club Houses are available.
Minimum stay: Summer -5 nights, Winter- 7 nights, Christmas - 14 nights
10% Shared Economy Levy + 2.5% Service Fee are added to the rates.
