Kaiso forms the centerpiece of the estate, enjoying a prime beachfront position with uninterrupted sea views and direct beach access. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the villa features four en-suite bedrooms, including three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, offering flexibility for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Light-filled open-plan living and dining areas flow onto a private pool deck overlooking the ocean, where shaded and sun-filled lounging spaces create a relaxed and secure beachfront environment. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and an integrated jacuzzi, both heated, as well as a shaded gazebo seating up to sixteen people for alfresco dining and entertaining.

Kaiso also includes a dedicated exercise studio that doubles as a pool house. This space is equipped with free weights up to 15 pounds, a gym bench, yoga mats, and blocks, and provides direct access to a bathroom, allowing guests to move easily between the gym, pool, and beach without returning to the main living areas.

Set just behind Kaiso, Kai offers a quieter garden-focused retreat while still benefiting from dedicated beach access and close proximity to the shoreline. The villa includes three bedrooms, with two located upstairs and one on the ground floor, along with a bonus office or flexible space suitable for remote work or additional sleeping arrangements upon request. Kai features its own private plunge pool, approximately four feet five inches deep, surrounded by a semi-covered patio and lush tropical landscaping that creates a calm and private outdoor oasis. The interiors are warm and inviting, accented with playful Caribbean details. Although conveniently located near the main road, thoughtful design ensures a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The estate is well equipped for both leisure and safety. Pool facilities include the main Kaiso pool with depths ranging from three to six feet, a heated jacuzzi at three feet deep, and the Kai plunge pool. A selection of pool and beach equipment is provided, including reef shoes, snorkels, pool noodles, boogie boards, goggles, scuba masks, and balls. Security features across both villas include alarm systems, an intercom connecting the two homes, exterior cameras, security bars on downstairs windows, smart entry locks, in-room safes in the master bedrooms, and panic buttons throughout. The beachfront directly in front of the property is reef-protected year-round, ideal for snorkeling, while sandy-bottom swimming is available a short walk along the beach in either direction.

Professional staff enhance the experience at Kaiso & Kai, with housekeepers, a laundress, a caretaker, and a butler on site. A chef is also available for two consecutive meals, six days per week throughout the year, supported by a butler, ensuring a relaxed and fully serviced stay.
