The recently built La Palmeraie Villa 1 is the most luxurious oceanfront Bahamas Harbour Island rental. It is a 9 bedroom mansion of 11,000 square feet completed in 2016 and is loaded with amenities such as gym, home theater, sauna and steam bath, pool, Jacuzzi and direct beach access.

The house has a modern Asian flair and a Zen and minimalist decor that emphasizes outdoor views. The villa creates an ambiance of luxury and ultimate elegance. It is located on a quiet stretch of pink sand beach hidden amidst a lush tropical landscape sharing the neighborhood with celebrities and stars.

Guests will enjoy the comfort to step down a few steps from the garden and to access our wonderful beaches equipped with palapa umbrellas and lounge chairs.

Unlike other Harbour Island Bahamas rentals, La Palmeraie offers the privacy of an exclusive personal villa combined with the luxury, comfort and services of a five star resort.

The villa can be rented together with La Palmeraie Villa 2 & Villa 3 to accommodate up to 50 people.
