This stunning modern luxury villa sits high on a ridge and overlooks the rolling fairways of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course all the way out to the turquoise Caribbean Sea. With seven spacious bedrooms, a separate guest cottage and ten bathrooms this property is ideal for larger groups and families looking for the ultimate getaway in paradise.
The villa is accessed via a long private driveway flanked with royal palms and lovely manicured gardens. The home is luxuriously furnished with many unique statement pieces, cool marble floors and state of the art lighting. Designed to embrace the Caribbean ethos of living 'outside in' the spacious living room opens out to the impressive covered verandah, inviting infinity edge swimming pool and breathtaking vistas of the coastline beyond. Stairs on the deck lead down to a separate plunge pool overlooking the garden, a lovely option for those looking to have a soak away from the crowd. Dining is encouraged under the stars as well as in the more formal setting under the covered terrace.
One of the two master bedrooms is situated on the top floor and features vaulted ceilings and expansive folding doors that open out almost the entire length of the room leading onto a private patio and the spectacular view beyond. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and entertainment systems.
Martello House aims to provide guests with the ultimate experience in luxury island living and has a friendly and experienced full time staff including housekeeping, chef and butler. The villa also includes the added conveniences of a fitness gym, games room, snooker room with kitchenette and a surround sound media room ideal for movie nights!
