Its large air-conditioned living room has very comfortable sofas, large sliding glass doors with mosquito screens opening onto the terrace and the pool with a panoramic view of the entire bay of St. John.All the latest equipment : Large HDTV plasma all the American channels Dish NetWork, French channels Canal Sat, DVD player, I Pod station, Apple TV 4, home theater, Bose stereo audio inside and outside, printer/fax, telephone and WIFI connection are at your disposal.Clear and spacious dining room has a table for six people in addition to the fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Iron and ironing board, beach chairs and towels, parasols and coolers are provided.

Its main assets are its large terrace with dining area and barbecue and its outdoor living room and deckchairs around the refreshing swimming pool enjoying the sun all day long.The three rooms are air-conditioned with air blowers and mosquito nets, flat screen TV, DVD and safe deposit boxes. Two rooms are located at each end of the villa with king size bed, or 2 single beds in one room upon request and the third one with queen size bed 180 cm on the living room side.
