Located near Gustavia, a stone's throw from the Hotel Cheval Blanc and Flamand beach, Villa ALPAKA is a spacious contemporary property with 4 independent bedrooms with ocean views.The large modern kitchen has a beautiful wooden breakfast bar and dining table. The large open living room is equipped with American and French satellite TV. A large terrace, where one can sit in sun and shade, and the outdoor dining room surround the 15 meter infinity pool.The master bedroom is located next to the living room, the second bedroom is on the lower level, just below the master bedroom, and a third bedroom is adjacent to the second one. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and is accessed by a separate staircase. All rooms can be arranged to have two full twin beds that can be separated or pushed together to form a double American bed. Each room is equipped with a television with Apple TV and a bathroom with shower and has a private terrace.Villa ALPAKA houses a huge diptych by the artist Jean-Francois Lacalmontie.
