Villa Fregate, Pointe Milou

Villa Fregate, also known as WV FRE, is a 4-bedroom villa located cliffside in Pointe Milou within minutes of several hotels, beaches and shopping. The villa has exquisite, uninterrupted ocean views, sunsets all year long and views of St Martin and Anguilla.The villa is fully air-conditioned and decorated in a comfortable, traditional manner with warm terracotta hues, cozy antique furnishings and open living spaces. The living room's high ceilings, windows and sliding glass doors help to illuminate this central room, while also connecting it to the expansive terrace outsideLikewise, the interconnecting kitchen, complete with every cooking gadget one could want, also connects to the terrace, allowing for ease of serving whether you are dining inside or al fresco. Two outdoor dining tables with space for a total of 12 guests plus a gas barbecue are just outside under the covered terrace.The bedrooms are arranged bungalow style on either side of the central living area, each with ocean views and direct access to the terrace.

Three of the bedrooms are side by side, each with King beds (one of which can be converted to Twins). The fourth bedroom can be found on the other side of the villa, with a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, window screens, and safes, while only the master bedroom has a TV and DVD set up.An expansive terrace with loungers surrounds the heated infinity pool, which seems to cascade into the ocean. The expansive area around the pool has sitting areas in boththe sun and shade, plus plenty of room to entertain.Villa Fregate comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. The Thanksgiving rate is equal to the four bedroom winter rate. This villa is not suitable for young children.
