Villa Jade was built to ensure privacy, leverage spectacular views, and incorporate an abundance of WOW features to enjoy with family and friends.Jade has eight bedrooms in all, with five housed in separate pavilions and a three-bedroom family wing in the main house. The handsome Asian-themed master suite is king-sized, and king bedded with a sitting area and a dressing room lined with closets. Its en suite bath has a wealth of special features, double-sized indoor and showers, and a private WC with a bidet. Glass sliders open to a gazebo with a family-size day bed. There are two children’s bedrooms, each with a queen bed; one opens to a "kids section" of the deck and the other to a small enclosed play area. They share a bath.Each of the three additional master suites (king beds) is privately housed in a separate pavilion with a deck overlooking the Bay. Each is differently and exquisitely decorated, chic and modern yet, keeping with the Zen motif. There’s a "Chinese Room" incorporating abacuses into the design and the photos in the "Japan Room" provide a window into the world of geishas. Closet space is plentiful, and the en suite baths have double vanities and outside showers with sea views. Desks, TVs, and sound systems make them true retreats. There are two lower-level bungalows; one with an en suite bedroom (king –convertible to twins) is suitable for staff.The other houses a spacious studio-style suite, down a few levels from the main house, it is nicely private. It has a king bed, a well-appointed bath, and a living area for relaxing and TV viewing. A built-in credenza contains a wet bar and mini-fridge. The furnished sea-facing verandah is a special bonus.Jade’s WOW features include an air-conditioned gym equipped with multiple exercise machines, free weights, and yoga paraphernalia. Best for last, a home cinema decorated with Japanese lanterns. Seven lounge chairs are tiered theater-style for better viewing of the giant screen. A database of 4000 movies is available for viewing in the cinema and the bedrooms.
