The villa blends colonial architecture with contemporary touches. Its open-plan living space flows seamlessly outdoors, creating a natural connection between interior comfort and the Caribbean surroundings. Generous volumes, natural materials, and island-inspired décor define the warm and authentic ambiance.
The five bedrooms are distributed between the main house and separate bungalows, ensuring privacy and comfort. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and opens onto either the gardens or the terrace. One bedroom with twin beds is suitable for children over 10 or teenagers. The fifth bedroom, located below the main level, offers enhanced seclusion.
The bright living room opens widely onto the terrace and the sea, offering panoramic views throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen also opens outdoors and connects easily to the dining spaces. The outdoor dining area, set under a traditional ajoupa, provides shade for lunches and an intimate setting for evening meals. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking.
At the center of the exterior spaces, a mirror-style heated swimming pool measures 13 x 4 meters. Surrounded by sun loungers and a spacious wooden deck, it offers all-day sun and sweeping ocean views.
Villa Mia is located just minutes from Flamands Beach, the Cheval Blanc hotel, Gustavia, and St. Jean. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Guests also benefit from a $700 concierge credit (terms and conditions apply).
