Everything is under one roof, which makes it a good choice on St. Barth’s rare rainy days. Many of the rooms have superb views of the lagoon, islets, and coral reef of Grand Cul de Sac. The northwest exposure gives it steady, sunny daylight.The location puts it close to those hiking trails, along with kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, and all of the water sports on offer at Grand Cul de Sac. It is also a short drive from two five-star hotels, Le Sereno and Le Barthelemy, whose restaurants are open during the holidays.The ground level of Villa Pink Flamingo houses its spacious living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, and master bedroom (the parents’ area). Downstairs are a TV room, and three additional bedrooms (the kids’ area). One of the downstairs bedrooms contains a Macintosh computer and a printer, so it can be used as an office. The TV room includes a 65-inch television with U.S. and French channels, Apple TV, a Playstation, a Sonos system, and some good old-fashioned board games.Outdoors, the pool has a static swim system for challenging aquatic workouts.
