A well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area with U.S. satellite TV and a dining area that opens to a covered terrace where alfresco meals can be enjoyed overlooking the Bay.
Two ensuite bedrooms (one main level, and one upstairs) have ocean views and two double beds that can be converted to supersized king beds. The main-level master suite has a terrace, while the upstairs bedroom has a TV and a private balcony. Additionally, there is a guest bath.
Villa Les Sables d'Or II - Val André is part of the larger "Sables d'Or" property, alongside two other villas (Cap Frehel and Dahouet), which can be rented together to provide a total of four bedrooms. These villas share a tennis court which can be lit at night and there are steps from which guests can step right into the water to enjoy a swim.
There is also a lovely front yard with lounge chairs. The villa is within easy walking access to St. Jean Beach where beach chairs await.
