The dramatic view west across the sea to the island of St. Maarten makes this the perfect vantage point for sunsets.The main area of the house is cleverly divided into living, dining and kitchen spaces by partitions rather than full walls, giving it an open and flowing feel. The living area boasts white sofas seating nine and a flat-screen television and Bose sound system. The indoor dining table seats ten comfortably, while the kitchen makes entertaining easy, with a De Dietrich Haloring stove and Siemens oven and dishwasher. Every space opens directly to the terrace, which offers two additional outdoor dining areas, one with a built-in gas grill and wet bar.A peaceful breezeway accented by a curving wall separates the living area from the two bedrooms. Koi ponds, swaying reeds and rock gardens add to the feeling of serenity. The bedrooms are equally spacious and well-appointed, with king-size beds, en-suite baths with rain head showers and dual vanities, and private deck areas looking east out over the Atlantic.
