Villa Ventura is modern and airy, spacious, and full of soothing grays and oversize windows. A few ylang ylang trees in front of the house make the feeling on the terrace extra special. The house is fully air-conditioned, and the swimming pool is heated.
All of the house is laid out on one level. In the center are a spacious living room room and a kitchen with an island that can also serve as a breakfast bar. The main dining table is outdoors, under the shade of a covered section of the terrace.
The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room, which enhances their privacy. Each one has an ensuite bathroom and television, and one of them opens to an internal courtyard that brings in more natural light and adds to the sense of connection with nature. An independent studio has recently been built which allows the villa to be rented in 3 bedrooms.
Villa Ventura can be rented with the next door Villa Indyana for a total of five bedrooms.
