Patios in the shade or in the sun - you pick. Adjacent to the cottage and romantically set in the garden is a jacuzzi, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy that glass of wine.

The main living space is an open concept, free flowing space between the kitchen, living room and dining area.The kitchen offers granite counter tops with name brand appliances and travertine floors. The cottage is located away from the main house and has a kitchen with custom mahogany cupboards, name brand appliances and also with travertine floors. Of course, you’ll come to relax, but if you do have to log-in, there is high-speed internet with wifi extenders throughout the Villa and Cottage.

At almost a 1/2 Acre of secluded gardens set on Oysterpond Hillside the Villa features stellar views of the Ocean, this is a Tropical retreat to relax and enjoy.
