From the beautiful infinity pool and spacious sun terrace, the unforgettable panorama unfolds of the Caribbean with the islands of Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts in the distance and picturesque Pelican Key just below.
This beautifully appointed home with over 10,000 sq. ft of living space, includes 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a state of the art gourmet kitchen, the villa also features a media room, a fitness room, and adjoining spa, and a roof-top terrace with summer kitchen. The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms, six have king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds.
The villa is eco-conscious, powered entirely from solar energy by day and Tesla technology in the evenings. All appliances have been chosen with this energy-saving philosophy in mind.
