The open and spacious layout of the villa allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living, immersing you in the beauty of the surroundings. The large gourmet kitchen, attached to the Great Room, is a chef's dream. Guests may choose to enjoy the villa with or without chef service, depending on their preference. When included, the in-house Chef prepares three meals per day : breakfast, lunch, and dinner - cost of food and beverages additional. The five bedrooms in Villa Casa de la Playa are strategically laid out to offer beach views and privacy. Each bedroom has its own private access under the covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning scenery at any time. The master bedroom, located separately from the Great Room, features an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a spacious rain shower, creating a tranquil oasis for relaxation. The other four bedrooms are split into two sets of two on either side of the Great Room. They offer similar amenities and each has a large en-suite bathroom with views of the garden. This setup is perfect for families. Villa Casa de la Playa is designed to provide both luxury and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the stunning views, indulge in gourmet meals, and relax in the privacy of your own en-suite bedroom. Your stay in Villa Casa de la Playa will be an unforgettable experience in the beautiful island of St. Martin. The villa is also available to rent without the chef service, except during the Christmas and New Year period.
