Closely located to one of St Martin’s attractive site known as “David’s Hole”, stands on the coastlines of Baie Rouge, the majestic villa “Esprit de la Mer”. This elegant property features 5 large bedrooms and 5 ½ baths. Accessing the gated property gives you a spectacular panoramic view of Marigot and the hills to the north, including Pic Paradis in plain sight as you drive 180 degrees around the home.
Entering the villa, you will find open frames that naturally capture every aspect of the magnificent views around the property. Stroll the pathways that take you directly to the open terrace overlooking the pool, to the open lounge, and the grand gazebo with a beautiful view of Anguilla and the Caribbean Sea.
Everything about this home is superbly accommodating, large families or groups can take advantage of its spacious living and dining areas, which can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. The open and modern kitchen features black granite countertops.
All five of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds. Three of them are attached to the main home and two are ideally located in the gardens below with a terrace overlooking the ocean. All ensuite baths are modern with double sinks.
There are many ways to enjoy this attractive property through relaxation and watching the splendid sun rises from the cozy dining room with all glass windows and sunsets from the uniquely positioned gazebo overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The grand white living room is fresh and uniquely decorated with color accents. The oval-shaped sitting area with picturesque window displays provides you with a sense of serenity.
