For your ease and comfort, this 3,000 square feet home invites you to a recently renovated and updated stand alone villa that boasts a spacious open concept kitchen/dining room which kindly offers for you to dine in either the indoor or outdoor dining areas on those evenings when you can resist the allure of one of the island's 400 restaurants. When you’re not enjoying the Caribbean outdoors please relax in a newly furnished cozy living area that also offers the option to become an open, larger living space and opens to the patio and private pool area with a large sliding glass door. It also features an expansive deck with a view of the ocean and a patio area with lush tropical gardens.
The second floor awaits your respite with high ceilings, three large bedrooms AND ensuite baths. Two of the bedrooms give you the option to an expanded space and spectacular views by opening the sliding glass doors to the terrace, ready for you and yours to enjoy the views with your mug of coffee and tea in the morning watching the breathtaking sunrise and/or your drink of choice watching the evening sunset.
