This exquisite beachfront 3 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa is part of Coral Beach Club, a development of 24 units on Dawn Beach. It has the unique option of a den with a hide-a-bed couch that comfortably can convert into a 4th sleeping area.
Villa Ginger offers luxury furnishings throughout and is equipped with your own private plunge pool, large spacious living area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large spacious terraces, central air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access and in-room safe.
The living/dining area is very spacious and elegantly decorated with comfortable, sophisticated furnishings. The living area offering a wonderful entertainment area to include a large flat screen TV. The dining area table offers seating for 6 persons and there is a wet bar in the dining area. Unique to this villa is that it offers a full size den with two hide-a-beds, one full size and one twin size. The den has a full bath as well.
The fully equipped gourmet Effe Ti Italian kitchen features handpicked Viking kitchen appliances to include the electric cooktop & oven, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and wine cooler. There is a double-bowl deep kitchen sink, and a full array of accessories & kitchen utensils to prepare that special gourmet meal.
The master bedroom boasts spectacular views of Dawn Beach. Two bedrooms offer king size beds and the third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Each bedroom features spacious closets, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Each en-suite bathroom offers Hansgrohe rainshower system, glass sinks, granite lined shower enclosures with glass doors and Donbracht faucets.
A spacious terrace area in front of the beach features the plunge pool and a gazebo surrounded by lounge chairs.
