As this home is situated within the Sandy Lane Estate it affords guests of Bohemia privileged access to the Sandy Lane Property Owner's beach facility with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as Sandy Lane tennis courts, based on availability - this does not include the Sandy Lane hotel.
