Accessed via a picturesque road, this coral stone villa offers perfect privacy away from the hustle and bustle but all within easy reach of the many fine dining establishments, gorgeous beaches and island boutiques that embody the chic luxury of our famous Platinum Coast.
The welcoming foyer leads immediately through to the formal living area which in turn opens out to a spacious patio overlooking the golf course and verdant tropical gardens on one side and the shimmering pool deck and outdoor dining on the other. The open plan design and cool coral stone walls encourage the tropical trade winds and ensure that whether you choose to spend your days sunning by the pool shaded by the swaying palm trees or enjoying a quiet book overlooking the golf course, everyone can enjoy the relaxed island life in their own way.
The three air conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor have access to outdoor patios and elegant Caribbean decor. The master bedroom encompasses the entire first floor and features a private office and lounge area, walk in wardrobe and two patios overlooking the picturesque Sandy Lane estate with glimpses of the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond. A semi detached cottage with private entrance and a spacious verandah is accessible just off the breezeway along the guest wing and comprises of two loft bedrooms with king size beds and a shared bathroom, a relaxed living area and fully equipped kitchen; a great option for visiting guests, older teens and friends or extended family members.
Guests of the Hamble House have exclusive access to the Sandy Lane property owners beach facilities - this does not include the Sandy Lane hotel, with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as the tennis courts and club house on the Estate. The luxury shops of Limegrove Lifestyle Centre are only minutes away and there are a plethora of choice for fine dining all along the coast.
