Sea Orchard is also a popular venue for destination weddings, counseling groups, spiritual retreats, yoga retreats, and small informal gatherings. We aim to accommodate our guests' needs!
Destination weddings require the full rental of at least 2 cottages, plus an event fee and a refundable security deposit. The entire property can sleep a maximum of 22 guests, 18 adults max due to licensing restrictions. We have proper sleeping beds for 16 adults and rollaway beds and sleeper sofas that can accommodate the rest.
Avocado Cottage (sleeps 5 guests total, 4 adults max)
Master Suite - king bed, flatscreen TV with Apple TV device, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with modern fixtures, large jacuzzi tub, stand-alone rain shower.
Queen Suite - queen bed, flatscreen with Apple TV device, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with modern fixtures, European shower-tub combo.
A roll-away bed is available in each cottage.
Mango Cottage (sleeps 5 guests total, 4 adults max)
Master Suite - king bed, flatscreen TV with Apple TV device, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with modern fixtures, large jacuzzi tub, stand-alone rain shower.
Twin Suite - 2 twin beds, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with modern fixtures, European shower-tub combo.

Papaya Cottage (sleeps 5 guests total, 4 adults max)

Twin Suite - 2 twin beds, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with modern fixtures, European shower-tub combo.
Sleeper sofa in the living area for 2 adults. A roll-away bed is available in each cottage.
A 13% Occupancy Tax was added to all rates.
