The quiet neighborhood is mostly occupied by residents and a few Villas are rented out for vacation rentals. Nearby you'll find Dawn Beach and the shops and restaurants of Oyster Pond.
The Villa has a private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guest bathroom. Each bedroom has AC as well as the main living room and kitchen area.
At this modern style Villa you can enjoy the Jacuzzi style smaller pool, large private pool, BBQ, Free Wi-Fi, and private parking for up to 3 cars.
Villa Alizea is made up of 5 independent units, the living/dining room with a beautiful kitchen, three units each with a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the 5th unit is on the lower level with bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All beds in the Villa are king size beds.
