Oceanfront walls of glass, uncluttered luxury decor, and a minimalist vibe underscore the design & extreme privacy elements at Bella Rocca. Bella Rocca offers 4 oceanfront king suites and 2 double-twin suites on the 2nd floor, while the ground floor offers the main entertaining spaces, pool/spa/firepit/beach access as well as a double-king bed suite, and a double-full bed suite (with an extra 2-twin bed sleeping loft overhead).
Three levels of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors make Bella Rocca a photo-rich, resort-level villa for hosting a large group of adults or multi-generational families.
2nd Floor- Oceanfront king suite #1 - king platform bed, desk, oceanfront floor-to-ceiling glass doors, 65" TV w/swivel mount, beverage fridge, coffee center, upholstered chair, sofa, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, multiple mirrors, lighted make-up station, walk-in oceanview shower. Outdoor rock wall shower.

1st Floor- Double-king suite #7 two king platform beds with sliding door walk-out access to the pool deck, 55" TV, covered terrace w/private patio furniture, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Weddings and events with up to 50 guests are welcome with prior written approval, a reasonable event fee, and a 5-night minimum stay.
A 13% Occupancy Tax and a 13% Guest Service Fee was added to all rates.
