No expense was spared bringing this island-contemporary villa to life. Villa Brahama was built on a choice 1.4 acre lot in one of the most sought after areas of St. Barts, and with 7,997 square feet under air, is one of the largest homes on the island.
The villa’s architecture blurs indoor and outdoor living, with a luminous kitchen flowing into a cozy, stylish living room. The main living areas open onto an expansive terrace, where a heated infinity pool, generous lounge areas, and a large outdoor dining table create the perfect setting for relaxed afternoons.
Designed to bring families and friends together under one roof, Villa Brahama offers bedrooms across three floors, featuring six spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, a seventh smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus a kid’s room with bunk beds.
Each bedroom is an elegant retreat, with ocean or garden views, private terraces, smart TVs, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and spacious walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms are on the entrance level, one on each side of the living room. The master bedroom, slightly larger, features a king-size bed, a large dressing area, and an expansive bathroom.
Just beyond the bedrooms, a fully-equipped fitness room and an adjoining massage room elevate the experience, offering a private wellness escape without ever leaving the property.
Steps carved into the cliffside provide access to the ocean below and your own private beach. Villa Brahama is a celebration of peaceful contemporary island living allowing you to enjoy the very best of St. Barts.
