Buganvilla 252 is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa built in 2 levels, with a spacious outdoor area in the back with a furnished (covered) terrace, swimming pool (not heated) and lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The villa features both indoor and outdoor with dining table and chairs (seats 8 people) - perfect for those tropical dinners with your family & friends.

The interior is kept in a contemporary style, i.e. simple and minimal decor with fresh modern furniture combined with a few touches of Caribbean style and charm. The interior has a clean and modern feel and the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining- and living room makes this villa a place where you’ll feel very welcome and comfortable. The villa is fully air-conditioned with central air and/or split a/c units in the bedrooms and downstairs living room.

DOWNSTAIRS: Downstairs, you’ll find the spacious living room, which is divided into two sections – one with a sitting area and another with a large sofa lounge area. The kitchen and dining room is located right off the living room and is one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation – or you can hire a chef to do the work for you (groceries are not included)!

From the living/dining room, you have a direct access to the furnished terrace, swimming pool & Jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and garden overlooking the Cocotal golf course. One bedroom is located downstairs and has a King bed, closet space, ensuite bathroom and a small, private terrace.

UPSTAIRS:Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy TV room with all large sofas and a dedicated work space and large sliding windows that open up to the balcony. The remaining 3 bedrooms are also located on this floor. The master bedroom has a King bed, large walk-in closet space and ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and bathtub. From the master bedroom you can walk directly out on the large balcony which has impressive views of the pool area and golf course. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a King bed, closet space, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the (same) balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. The last bedroom upstairs has 1 x Queen bed, closet space and ensuite bathroom.

Maid - will come by daily to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.
