Split between a series of Creole-style pavilions, Villa Fabrizia is a gorgeous mix of comfortable interiors, lush gardens, and sunny terraces.

Located in the hills above the capital city, Villa Fabrizia provides easy access to the boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife of Gustavia. Shell Beach is just a short walk away, while Gouverneur Beach is a 5-minute drive.

The living spaces at Villa Fabrizia are split across a series of pavilions on a hillside, all open to outdoor terraces. On the middle level of the property is the main pavilion, with the living room on one side and the kitchen and dining room on the other.

The living room has comfortable sofas and vibrant pops of color. The doors open to the harbor views and ocean breeze, making this a great spot to relax with friends and family. If you’re after some quiet time, in a separate pavilion is the villa’s library, with a cozy sofa and a great selection of books.

The modern kitchen at Villa Fabrizia is well-equipped to handle any culinary challenge thrown its way. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

When it’s time to dine, all that’s left to do is to choose where. An indoor dining area next to the kitchen is a fantastic choice, while outside a dining gazebo offers a chance for open-air meals. Enjoying dinner with the twinkling lights of Gustavia Harbor below is a fabulous way to make the most of your vacation.

There’s a total of 8 bedrooms at Villa Fabrizia, spread out in pavilions across the upper and lower levels.

Dual staircases (approximately 24 steps) lead you to the upper level, where there are four bedrooms. All of these bedrooms feature double beds.

Four more bedrooms are located on the lower level (approximately 44 steps). Two bedrooms have double beds while the third has twin beds. These bedrooms feature their own furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The fourth room has 6 twin beds, a great option for kids. 

On the main level, a gorgeous boardwalk surrounds the inviting infinity pool. Steps leading down towards the water each have a comfortable sunbed, ideal for soaking up the island rays after a refreshing swim. From here, the views over Gustavia are amazing.

As the sun starts to set, a covered lounge area between the living room and kitchen is a fabulous spot to admire the sunset. In the distance, you can see the islands of Saba, St. Kitts, and St. Eustatius twinkle to life.

For days on the sand, the popular Shell Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Jumping in the car lets you explore the rest of St. Bart’s beaches with ease. On the south side of the island is Gouverneur Beach, a remote stretch of pristine sand just 5 minutes away by car. On the north side is St. Jean, where beach bars and restaurants line the water.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
