SPACE: Villa Hermosa is an impressive 12,000-square-foot villa with 7 bedrooms, built on 3 levels and featuring an immense garden and lawn surrounded by lush tropical palm trees. It's your private playground! The space is sufficient if you are hosting a private event, such as a destination wedding, a corporate event, etc. The terrace overlooks the enclosed and very private garden, which has a vast lawn (perhaps the largest lawn in Casa de Campo). The pool features a shallow area, ideal if you have young children. You can choose to lounge on the outdoor deck next to the pool or under the covered canopy if you prefer to stay in the shade of the sun. Let your butler serve you your favorite tropical cocktails all day as you fully enjoy your vacation. The villa is perfect for large families and friends who want to spend quality time together. The interior decoration is very modern, with clean lines, quality furniture, high ceilings, light colors, numerous exceptional design features, and no clutter. It's definitely a place that will make you feel welcome and relaxed. MAIN LEVEL: Villa Hermosa has 6 bedrooms (including the master bedroom) located on the main level, just inside the villa's entrance. The master bedroom is a large suite with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, access to a small terrace, a TV, a closet, a sitting area, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private outdoor jacuzzi. The other 4 bedrooms each have 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, high vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, access to a small terrace, a TV, a closet, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The 6th bedroom has 2 twin beds, air conditioning, a high vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, access to a small terrace, a TV, a closet, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor is where you'll find the open kitchen and dining area. This is truly the heart of the villa, where you can entertain friends, enjoy delicious meals, fine wine, and have great conversations. The formal indoor dining table can comfortably seat 14 people. This space is air-conditioned and has high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, or if you prefer to feel the Caribbean breeze, you can open the large windows to let the air circulate. LOWER LEVEL: The 7th bedroom is located on the 2nd basement level and provides total privacy in its own cozy space. This room is equipped with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a closet and dresser, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
