The estate spans 6,850 sq. ft. (636 sqm) of indoor living space and is uniquely composed of four individual one-bedroom pavilions, each measuring 1,200 sq. ft. (111 sqm). Every pavilion is designed as a private retreat featuring a king-size bedroom, spacious bathroom, sitting room, wraparound patio, and outdoor shower. A media room can also be converted into a fifth bedroom, allowing the estate to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
At the heart of Il Sogno lies an elegant entertainment pavilion where sliding walls open entirely onto expansive terraces, an 18-meter infinity pool, a two-story gazebo, and panoramic outdoor living spaces. Tropical gardens bloom year-round around the estate, filled with fruit trees including mango, papaya, avocado, banana, lime, grapefruit, and breadfruit. Enhanced by private chef service, butler service, and tailored resort experiences, Il Sogno offers one of Canouan’s most exclusive villa experiences.
