The main part of the great room is the living area, with a heavenly sofa that’s an ideal spot to collapse at the end of a long day by the beach. There’s a large flat-screen TV for movie nights, but equally as interesting is the starry sky outside. Villa Indyana’s kitchen is next to the living room, separated by a breakfast bar that can be used for your morning coffee or a chic evening aperitif. In the kitchen itself, sleek white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances make this a very pleasant place to whip up a meal. The dining table sits outside on the covered terrace, letting you pair your food with those gorgeous views across the hills of Lurin. Rolling into one another and with the palms swaying in the breeze, this will be a highlight of any stay. The 2 bedrooms at Villa Indyana are located on either side of the great room, providing privacy among guests. Both rooms enjoy a plush king-sized bed, as well as a TV with Apple TV and Netflix. There are screens on the doors so you can fall asleep with the cool breeze washing through the room, and both have large ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom also offers direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors. For more space, there’s an independent studio with a kitchen that can be rented with the villa as a third bedroom for an additional cost. The outdoor terrace is a tranquil place to soak up the island vibes. There’s a sun-soaked area with a lounge area where you can spend a day reading, relaxing, or simply gazing out at the emerald-green hills. The infinity pool is a tempting prospect, with crystalline waters shimmering in the island sun. You could easily spend your days cooling off in the water between sunbathing sessions on the nearby sunbeds. The pool can also be heated for swimming on those cooler evenings. Venturing outside Villa Indyana brings you very quickly to some of the island’s most stunning natural features. A short drive north you’ll find the bays of St. Jean and Lorient, gentle sweeps of soft sand and turquoise waters. Striking out south brings you to the less developed beach at Gouverneur, while the world-class restaurants of Gustavia aren’t far away either. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
