The covered terrace is a complete living space with sofa area, dining tables, outdoor teppanyaki (hibachi) grill and bar with TV, domino table, and dart board. This is a great “entertainment zone” where you can have so much fun spending the best time together with your family & friends.

The swimming pool & heated Jacuzzi is very private and the backyard offers a large playground with soccer nets (goals) - surrounded by lush, tropical landscape. DOWNSTAIRS: Villa Las Canas 20 only has one floor (level), which makes it super easy and convenient for guests of all ages and families traveling with small children. Step into the villa and you will find yourself in the beautiful entrance hall that connects the entire house. The grand living room has high, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and a beautiful chandelier, double sofa sitting area, custom built-in furniture and TV. Open the big sliding windows and you will have direct access to the pool area and deck.

The villa has a great outdoor living area with a bar (beverages are not included) and a unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill where you can enjoy live cooking and casual meals by the grill or in the outdoor dining area (food is not included). This outdoor living- and dining area is covered so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine! The formal indoor dining room is an elegant space with a unique chandelier and a spectacular dining table that seats 12 people comfortably on plush dining chairs. This is the perfect place to host your formal dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.

A spacious kitchen with island and marble countertops comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – and your villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (food & beverages are not included)! Villa Las Canas 20 has 5 large bedroom suites. The master suite is a beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom with a canopy king bed, large TV, air condition, high vaulted ceiling with fan, sofa sitting area, closet and dresser and ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) shower and a private Zen garden with outdoor shower and bathtub. From the master suite, you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all very spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has 2 king beds (!), TV, air condition, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small, furnished garden patio.
