There is an abundance of space and also a playground with swings, a slide, overhead climbers, a treehouse, etc. - so get ready for lots of fun games! Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or in the garden. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area overlooking the lawn and take a nap in the comfortable sofas on the terrace.This is your private oasis where you can spend your vacation days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sunbed by the pool … MAIN FLOOR: On the main floor of Casa del Sol, you’ll find the beautiful dining room and separate, expansive family entertainment living room. The family room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and connects to the outer deck and pool. The 3 master bedrooms are located on the main floor. Each master bedroom has a king bed, a single pull-out bed, closet space, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom. Each master bedroom also has a small terrace, sitting above a pond and overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor areas. The formal indoor dining room seats 16 persons and has air-conditioning, double-height ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It's the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and commercial restaurant appliances. The villa includes a cook, who will prepare your daily meals in the villa (groceries are not included), so you have less to worry about during your vacation. UPSTAIRS: There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs, each with 2 queen beds, closet space, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll also find a cozy sitting area with custom-made sofa beds. This is the perfect place to relax with a good book or to just take a quick nap. DOWNSTAIRS: On this floor, you’ll find the remaining 2 bedrooms and also the private home movie theater with a 120-inch big-screen and surround sound! There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds and one large bedroom with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. 18% service fee added to the rates. Minimum stay: 3 nights; Christmas and New Year: 10 nights
