The villa’s outdoor spaces are centered around the sea. A heated swimming pool and a sunken outdoor lounge create inviting areas to gather, while a staircase leads directly from the terrace down to the beach. Whether enjoying the surf or relaxing poolside, the connection to the ocean is constant.
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and contemporary finishes. The main living area can be air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable TV room, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that allow for both privacy and social moments.
Two of the bedrooms face the ocean, offering uninterrupted views through floor-to-ceiling windows, where the sound of the waves becomes part of the experience. The remaining two bedrooms are located at the rear of the villa, opening onto the pool area and providing a more private, cocoon-like atmosphere. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and its own television.
