The main villa and detached coach house suite can accommodate a total of 14 guests or 12 adults max. Five expansive oceanfront suites in the main villa sleep 10 adults. Each suite is equipped with a full ensuite bath and a private screened balcony. Let every guest in your group relax and recharge in style.
The detached coach house sits above the garage and sleeps 2 adults. The 1,000 sq. ft. coach house comes equipped with a full kitchen, a small dining area, a living area with cable television, and a furnished screened balcony. Many of our repeat guests draw straws for this private coach house.
Primary Suite: upper-level, king bed, ocean view, private screened balcony, desk + chair, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking tub, and shower.

Moon Kai is one of the most popular large rental villas on Grand Cayman, offering just the right balance of luxe interiors, resort-like amenities, and plenty of space to appeal to a wide range of guests.
Groups of 12 or fewer guests (10 adults max), not requiring the guest cottage over non-holiday nights, receive a $250 discount off the daily rate.
A 13% Occupancy Tax and a 13% Guest Service Fee was added to all rates.
Minimum stay: 5 nights; Thanksgiving week: 6 nights, Christmas & New Year: 7 nights
