Outside of this period, pool heating is optional at an additional cost of $350 per week. The property offers four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three of them are connected from the inside, making the villa particularly suitable for families with children. Combining comfort and conviviality, Villa Oceane is ideal for families or couples traveling together. It can be rented as a 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom villa, depending on your needs. Located in the exclusive Terres Basses residential area, Villa Oceane offers peace and privacy while remaining close to the island’s most beautiful beaches. Just a short walk from Plum Bay Beach, and a few minutes’ drive from Long Bay and Red Bay, the villa enjoys a prime location to explore St. Martin’s stunning coastline while relaxing in an elegant and serene setting.
