Villa Pastel is a stunning 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Perched in the lush hills above Hotel Christopher, this property enjoys stunning views of the bays and islands of St. Barts.
Inside, Villa Pastel is clad in an easy island charm. The dark, vaulted ceilings of wood are eye-catching, contrasted by white walls and colorful artwork. A feature wall of stone adds a rustic mystique to the entire home.
Venture outside, and the best of St. Barts is within easy reach. Beaches at Lorient and Marigot Bays are both just a short drive away, while elegant dining and shopping are 10 minutes by car in St-Jean. As an added bonus, the pool club, spa, and restaurant at the Christopher Hotel are within walking distance
Living Spaces: At the heart of Villa Pastel is the flowing and open-plan great room. Home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen, in true Caribbean fashion the entire space opens to the outdoor terrace. The living room takes up most of the space, with a large, creamy white sofa facing out towards the ocean. Inviting and soft, it’s a great spot to unwind and relax. With the doors open, you’ll be treated to stunning views and the cool ocean breeze.
Kitchen and Dining Area: Whipping up delicious meals will be easy in Pastel Villa’s well-equipped kitchen. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. The dining table has seating for 6 guests, making it ideal for more formal meals. Overlooking the terrace, you’ll be able to pair your meal with vistas over the coast and offshore islands of Ile Toc Vers, Ile Fregate, and Ile Bonhomme.
Bedrooms: There are 2 comfortable and quiet bedrooms at Pastel Villa, each offering a slice of privacy to let you recharge each evening. The master bedroom is on the main level, located off the living area with a lavish four-poster king-sized bed. There’s also a private terrace with a view, while the spacious ensuite bathroom features its own dressing area and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a 4-poster king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace with a view. Also connected to the downstairs area is the villa’s office space in case you need to connect with the office.
Outdoor Features: Outside on Villa Pastel’s wooden terrace are plenty of loungers and deck chairs, offering spots to sunbathe, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Lazing the day away in the pool and enjoying the sun is the only order of the day at Villa Pastel. The infinity pool is refreshing, with uninterrupted views from its edge over the hills and the glittering Caribbean. For sunset soirees, a comfortable outdoor lounge is an ideal spot. Gathering here with some punchy rum cocktails or a crisp French white to watch the sunset is incredible. The villa’s sound system can also soundtrack your evening with some rhythmic Caribbean music. Lorient Beach is just a 5-minute drive away, a picture-perfect sweep of sand with turquoise waters home to colorful coral and marine life.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
