THE VILLA:

Villa Vivero 13 is a beautiful 2-story villa with 5 bedrooms, and the interior has been recently fully refurbished and renovated (fall 2019). The villa's decoration and interior design are done by a Belgian antique dealer and interior architect. The villa is perfect for families looking to have pleasant and relaxed vacations in the Caribbean! Guests can enjoy a very private oasis with a luxurious tropical garden and a large pool and heated Jacuzzi area with a covered terrace, a gazebo, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor shower. The courtyard is completely surrounded by lush trees and palm trees to provide the utmost privacy. The covered terrace is a beautiful living space with a sofa area and outdoor dining table. You will likely spend most of your vacation in this outdoor space with your family and friends. Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool, and soak up the sun on a poolside sunbed. These are your dream vacations... DOWNSTAIRS:

The first thing you see when you enter Villa Vivero 13's beautiful double turquoise front door is the large entry hall with a double-height ceiling and an impressive design element showcasing the staircase and corridor upstairs. The living and dining area is the heart of the villa with stunning 23-foot ceilings and windows that provide plenty of natural light. From here, you have easy access to the outdoor pool. The living room features a comfortable seating area with sofas and chairs - an ideal spot to relax and entertain with your friends and family. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people and is a great place to enjoy your "formal" dinners. Villa Vivero 13 has 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 queen beds in each room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and a marble bathroom with a shower.

UPSTAIRS:

Going up the stairs to the top floor, you'll find a beautiful sitting area with a sofa where you can rest in tranquility, read a book, and simply relax. Upstairs, there are 3 large master bedrooms. The main master bedroom has high vaulted ceilings with a fan, air conditioning, a beautiful king-size four-poster bed, and a convertible sofa bed, an armchair, a TV, a closet, and a marble bathroom with a shower. The other 2 master bedrooms also have high vaulted ceilings with a fan, air conditioning, a king-size bed, and a convertible sofa bed, chair(s), a closet, and a marble bathroom with a shower.
