The laundry room, guest restroom and a wellness area with sauna, fitness and massage room are in the basement. A Sonos sound system ensures great vibes – both indoors and out. The living area leads out to a magnificent terrace with an infinity pool that includes an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. Wether you prefer sun or shade, there are plenty places to sit and relax. Of course, the interior is carefully tuned and selected with much thought. Modern designer furniture, luxurious fabrics, high-quality materials and glamorous lighting are just some more eye candy the villa has to offer.
