Designed for up to 10 guests, the property features 5 luxury bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms, a heated infinity pool, Finnish sauna, outdoor dining terraces, and beautiful views of the Dubrovnik archipelago.
The villa’s upper floor welcomes guests with four luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with king-size beds, satellite TV, en suite bathrooms with showers, and large glass walls overlooking the sea and nearby islands.
The central first floor serves as the main living area and includes a spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen with island, and a dining area for 10 guests. This level also features the fifth bedroom with king-size bed, TV, seating area, and en suite bathroom. Large glass doors open onto a panoramic terrace with a Dalmatian grill, outdoor dining area, and lounge seating.
The ground floor is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Here guests can enjoy a Finnish sauna, bar area, additional bathroom, and direct access to the terrace with a large heated infinity swimming pool and sun loungers.
