The entrance hallway leads to the open plan spacious lounge which is luxuriously furnished with contemporary leather sofas, two elegant chaise longues, a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre for your enjoyment. The vaulted dining area can comfortably seat ten persons, with the kitchen area cleverly placed around the corner. Fully equipped with granite work tops and all modern conveniences the Italian kitchen has a contemporary yet classical feel with traditional hood over the halogen hob and double sinks. An oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave are available.

Patio doors open out from the lounge revealing the spectacular 12x5 meter heated* overflow pool. This is truly special, with Roman steps and wet seating area that features Jacuzzi jets and with a cross current swimming facility that allows one to swim at the same spot indefinitely. The additional out-door Jacuzzi tub is also another focal point that is only eclipsed by the steam room that is set near the pool, a calming place that immediately isolates you from the outdoor activities. The patio area nests amidst fragrant shrubs, plants, and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers that also surround the large lawn. For all those who prefer to dine outside, have a BBQ or simply enjoy their breakfast by the pool the shaded dining areas together with the bar counter add the final touches to a wonderful outdoor experience.
