This superb five bedroom luxury Villa in the ‘Mythos Collection’ – our highest category of residence – is set on the peaceful Eastern plateau overlooking the immaculate golf course, and only the highest quality materials have been used in the construction of this impressive property. Lavishly furnished, and with one of the largest swimming pools on the Resort – measuring a vast 26 metres – this luxury villa promises unforgettable holidays.

Upon entering through the grand front entrance, one is immediately drawn to the views through the wall-to-wall glass doors which open onto the idyllic pool terrace and extensive gardens. The modern dining table (seating 10) is ideally placed to capture these views, as are the sofas in the adjacent lounge. A large flat screen TV with surround sound offers entertainment. The high tech kitchen is separated by a wide, granite topped breakfast bar complete with stools, and offers all modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave. A separate utility area is equipped with a further fridge freezer, as well as dishwashers and an extra sink unit. The ground floor also features the first of the 5 bedrooms, which has a king size double bed, a large en-suite dressing area and luxurious shower room with top quality fixtures and fittings.

The hardwood staircase leads up to the first floor, and one is taken by surprise by what awaits - a second, beautifully furnished lounge with the most amazing views through the full-width glass doors. Encompassing the grounds of the villa, the manicured golf course beyond and the distant mountains, the vista makes this is an idyllic place to relax amidst opulent surroundings. Leading off from here is the “family suite”, comprising of a luxurious double bedroom and an en-suite twin bedroom, together with a shower room with large walk-in shower; ideal for parents with young children. At the opposite end of the lounge, a further double bedroom is to be found, which has a separate dressing area and a large, fully tiled en-suite shower room featuring large walk-in shower and twin basins in a marble vanity unit.

The staircase continues to the top level of the property, which offers a shaded roof terrace. From here breathtaking, panoramic views can be enjoyed. Sit back and relax in the delightfully refreshing breeze taking in the views all around the Resort, the mountains inland and the sea. Simply beautiful!

The fifth bedroom is in an annex to the property, accessed by it’s own private entrance from the front, and with direct access to the rear pool terrace, ideal for members of the party who may prefer a little extra independence. Furnished with the same high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings as the rest of the property, the bedroom offers a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom.

The Villa is air-conditioned throughout, with individually adjustable controls in each room. Three of the four double beds can be split and made up as twin beds if required. Additionally, all bedrooms offer ceiling fans, and also flat screen televisions. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The outdoor areas have been designed to enjoy the fabulous surroundings and Cyprus climate to the full. The unusually large swimming pool measures an impressive 26m and features submerged stools at the far end, close to the outdoor dining terrace, forming a bar-type setting. The 8-seater Jacuzzi sits at the pool side and beyond this the lawn is ideal for children’s play or sunbathing. Being synthetic ensures it’s constant good appearance and no time-consuming or disturbing maintenance work. Fragrant bushes and trees native to Cyprus border the plot, such as lemon, lime and fig trees, and guests are free to pick from the herb garden which is stocked with basil, thyme, oregano, bay, rosemary, sage and tarragon.

The outdoor kitchen with gas barbeque and handy sink is perfect for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the large outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a large dining table and 10 chairs. Meanwhile a bar table with high stools is perfect for an informal drink. A table tennis table is placed on the side veranda for added enjoyment, ample sunbeds grace the garden, and an outdoor shower completes the facilities.
