Villa Colibri is a spectacular contemporary designer residence ideally located in La Croix Valmer and close to Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro. The property has a stunning ocean view over the Golden Islands and wine yards. The property is in a very quiet environment and offers 10 bedrooms and can host up to 20 people. The villa is elegantly decorated and furnished with exclusive design furniture.
The ground floor consists of an entry hall and a bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace, a dining room for large group dinners, a salon and a spacious open and fully equipped kitchen. If needed, the kitchen can be closed off by a sliding door. All rooms open to the beautiful and enormous terrace, with a pool and hot tub, all with amazing ocean vistas.
The first floor has a beautiful master bedroom with its own fireplace, shower and bathtub, as well as two other double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have sweeping ocean views and open onto a sun-soaked terrace with sunbeds.
The lower floor has a movie room with a cozy sofa area, and two more double bedrooms, one which opens onto a beautiful patio, with a shared bathroom and a laundry room.
Within the villa, but separate from the main house are 3 independent luxurious apartments. Each offers a secluded terrace, a living space and a fully equipped kitchen. additionally each unit features its own private entrance if desired.
The outside area is equally gorgeous, with a heated infinity pool, a jacuzzi and a comfortable lounge area perfect for meditation. The pool house, with an outdoor shower and powder room, is equipped with a barbecue. The huge wooden table frames the most wonderful view of the ocean and the Golden Islands–the perfect spot for large groups to lunch or dine in grand style.
All bedrooms on the property have super luxurious and comfortable spring beds, with designer bedding, which guarantees a peaceful and fantastic sleep.
Of course, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, alarm system, cable TV and music surround system. There is gated outdoor parking for 4 cars and additional private parking for 6 cars.
