Located a brief distance from 10th hole of the World famous Sperone Golf, the villa situated on 30.140 ft² of land, is based on two levels, 5 room/5 bath, (with one of the rooms on the penthouse).Resort sandy beach, its private creeks, and boat dock access offer dreamed vacation in a turquoise Mediterranean with tempting pristine waters. There is also the possibility of 'deadweight moorings' , and for sailing boats alternatively the nearest marina, Pianterella, is right outside the resort, were boats can also be chartered.

The villa is also five minutes walk to golf clubhouse, and its panoramic restaurant (more restaurants in Bonifacio where shopping is very convenient too). Tennis court right out of the villa, as well as the famous coastal path walk to Pertusato in National Reserve of South Corsica, and a brief distance to the bay of Piantarella on Bonifacio Strait, a water sporting heaven.
